  • Do you need any prior yoga experience to start doing Kundalini Yoga?
    Not at all! Our classes are designed for all skill levels.
  • What should you bring to class?
    You will want to bring a yoga mat with you to use during class. If you do not have one for your first class, we can let you borrow one.
  • How is Kundalini Yoga different that regular yoga?
    Kundalini Yoga is much more vigorous and dynamic than regular yoga, thus it can help to improve health and well being much faster. Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement exercises, dynamic breathing techniques, and meditation into each class.
  • What should you wear to class?
    The only thing you need to wear are comfy work out clothes, there is no specific dress code.
