About the Event
Satnam! Our next soundbath will be on April 27, from 6 to 7:30 PM with Tej Kirti Kaur for the pink full moon. You will practice a short Kriya and Meditation, to prepare you for deep relaxation so you may receive a powerful healing from the sounds of the gongs, crystal and TibetanĀ singing bowls, chimes, and bells. It will be a rejuvenating, relaxing, and healing experience!
What to bring: Please bring your own blankets, pillows and mats
