About the Event
Tej Kirti Kaur will be leading a short Kundalini Yoga and Meditation practice  followed by a long relaxing sound bath with gongs, singing bowls, pyramids, chimes, ocean drum and bells.

Tej Kirti (Irina) has a background working as a registered nurse and teaches transformative, elevating classes to help heal your body, mind and spirit. Her goal is to hold a healing space, guided by the teachings, where each student can reach their most creative potential. She feels blessed and grateful to be able to share the legacy of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan and help those who are seeking continuous spiritual growth.
