200 HOUR TEACHER TRAINING 1/14/2023 - 4/02/2023

In this unique training to become a Kundalini Yoga Teacher, or simply to become your best self, you will experience these teachings as they were given, with maximum focus on the practices, allowing you to fully experience their impact and transformation in your own life. You will learn how to overcome your own blocks in life and to teaching, with multiple opportunities to teach and receive meaningful feedback, you will learn and practice the skills to teach authentic Kundalini yoga, with ease and grace.
